Biographyname Wu Tong 吳桐; nicknames Wu Qinmu 吳琴木; Cang Wusheng 蒼梧生; lengfeng jushi 冷風居士。According to the little history known about him, Wu Tong was a landscape painter born in Shanghaii, and was rather famous in Japan, where four of his landscapes were selected and published for the fourth co-exhibition by Chinese and Japanese artists in 1926. His last work, Autumn Scene, was shown at the China National Painting Exhibition in 1953.
