This contemporary bojagi (wrapping cloth) by artist Youngmin Lee exhibits various techniques used in the traditional bojagi works. Looking closely, each segment shows different bojagi techniques on silk. This work was produced as part of a series of projects funded by the Overseas Korean Cultural Heritage Foundation, inviting local artists to research and reinterpret traditional Korean artworks in the museum’s collection.
